I know Joe is ‘sick’ with COVID, but is he at least keeping up with the News? Has Joe been hearing the frequent and very nasty threats China is making toward us as they stamp their feet in anger over Pelosi?

It may be that they’re hiding him and using this as an excuse, but we know several folks who have had positive test results two weeks after beginning CoVid, even though the symptoms were very mild to non-existent at that point.
For my own self, I did not retest after I stopped having symptoms, because in the old days (read pre-CoVid) once you were fever free for at least 24 hours, and had no symptoms, you were generally allowed back in school or the workplace. They have thrown out all the old ways of doing things, and I disagree with doing that. The viral load at this point must be very small.
Four possibilities;
1) He's dead. But they don't want Kamala to know.
2) He's just old and having real difficulty with the WuFlu.
3) He's in China getting his 10%
4) His mind is now so far gone they can't bring him out in public - see # 1 on Kamala
