saw on a pbs show
they had figured out how to prevent this
if they see a bird flying toward the turbine
they would turn it off
i swear
i am not kidding
they thought it was a really great thing they were doing an that it would actually work
Wind farms are subsidized by taxpayer. Everyone pays much higher electric prices. The owners get tax deductions and profit from the taxpayer.
The taxpayer gets their views ruined by the wind farms along with the subsonic rumble and the birds get chopped up.
The article says the eagles do not like the noise they make so that wouldn’t help.
Find out what eagles prey on, mostly. There will be an abundance of these animals after the eagles are culled. Balance of nature. There will be more rodents and snakes than we wish for and we still don’t know if we have enough energy to support human life as we know it.
What dumbasses we are for allowing them to call the shots.
Now did the biologist asked the dead Eagles if they identify as eagles? They might identify as sparrows, hummingbirds, or a pegasus! 🤓
Whatever you do don’t accidentally pick up an eagle feather from the ground. That’s a federal crime. Killing thousands of them with wind mills...Well that’s fine.
2024?
“Gosh. Who could have predicted this??”
Who would have predicted that America hating enviro-Nazis wouldn’t be bothered by the killing of thousands of birds that are the symbol of America? Anyone paying attention.
Well it’s all birds so billions of insects too.
