A $hitcago jury would have no trouble figuring that out in a case where a little kid is gunned down by a gang banger and the kid's family sues Smith & Wesson for $100 million.
I saw just such an ad recently. It said “our products prevent suicide! If you’re feeling depressed and there’s nothing to live for just put one of our products to your head and pull the trigger. You’ll feel much better almost instantly”.
That’s a great idea. Some companies that make drugs used in lethal injections refuse to sell their product here so they’re not used in executions.
Just wait until a law is passed allowing the family of a person killed by a drunk driver to sue GM...Ford...Toyota,etc for their vehicle having been driven by the guy responsible.
How about Viagra ads on TV?
