Judicial Watch founder and president Tom Fitton joined Stuart Varney on Varney and Co. on Tuesday morning following the latest Democrat political indictments against President Trump and 18 colleagues and supporters.
Georgia DA Fani Willis announced last night she was going to put all 19 defendants on trial at the same time like they do in Zimbabwe and the former Soviet Union.
Tom Fitton told Varney, “Are we next going to put them in cages in the trial room so people can throw food at them?”

My dad to his credit…way back…maybe 30 years ago warned about this.
He said the weakness to our system is the judicial branch. That’s what we are seeing, judges are allowing these frivolous lawsuits to go forward. Just as Trump claims of election interference were blocked..mostly by judges and quite a few Rs back in 2020.
I predict when and if the SCOTUS goes a majority left we will cease being the USA in the traditional sense.
On Trump’s case. McBurney for example, while appointed by a Republican Governor in 2012 is a Harvard Law School graduate. This is how Harvard law school is described: “ The school’s faculty is, by some accounts, overwhelmingly liberal–too liberal even for the mainstream of the Democratic Party…”.

At the Nuremberg trial, defendants had at least a small hope of acquittal. And three of the defendants actually were acquitted.
The Trump trial will be more like one of Stalin’s show trials. On Day One every person in the room knew that every defendant would be found guilty.
