A lone Donald Trump codefendant was forced to spend the night behind bars in Fulton County Jail – while the former president swooped in and out of the facility in a matter of minutes.
Harrison Floyd, who was the director of “Black Voices for Trump” during his 2020 campaign,surrendered to authorities in Fulton County on Thursday where he was arrested for his part in the sweeping 41-count criminal indictment.

The investigation came following the release of a 2 January 2021 phone call Mr Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger where he told him to “find” enough votes to change the outcome of the election in the state.
“All I want to do is this: I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have,” Mr Trump is heard saying in the leaked phone call. “Because we won the state.”
Mr Biden won the state by less than 12,000 votes.

Some posters have noted that Trump (or his organization) cannot post Harrison Floyd’s bail because that would be witness tampering.
I don’t quite understand this. Did Floyd personally witness Trump doing something that was allegedly illegal? And given that Floyd is sitting in jail, he seems less like a witness, and more like a suspect.
Side point: Other posters have said that Trump cannot be expected to pay for everything. Well, bail money is not lost money. If the defendant appears in court, the bail money is returned.
If Trump could, and did, post Floyd‘s bail, that would be a great thing. Morally, it would be the right thing to do. Plus, it would certainly resonate with many blacks.
Absolutely! He committed the worst offense when he slipped his chains. No doubt black ‘driver’ Fanny Willis was selected by her white masters to administer the punishment to send a message to these runaways.

We all know it is what recounts are about. Even the wicked know this to be true. But they choose to reject the truth and choose instead to embrace a perverted form of 'truth.' And of course they imagine that the Lord our God does not exist so they can get away with their freely chosen evil doing.
To their horror they will find out how deluded they were a mere 7 minutes after the death of their bodies when their souls emerge into eternity.
During the hearing, Floyd told the judge that “I cannot afford an attorney for something like this,” and that he was denied representation by a public defender because he did not qualify. It is not immediately clear why Floyd was informed he could not be represented by a public defender.
Floyd claimed it would cost between $40,000 to $100,000 “to retain a lawyer for these charges.” He told the judge he is “not going to put my family in that kind of debt.” Responding to his comment, Richardson said he could either hire a lawyer or defend himself.
The other 18 defendants have been released after posting bond. The news has caused ire in Republican circles, with questions being raised over why a Black defendant is the only one to have been denied bail.
The buzz is the poor guy failed to negotiate a bond agreement before doing what he thought was the right thing to do as a patriot.......turn himself in.
According to the yahoo article, Floyd had some previous run-ins with the FBI and that’s why he remains in jail. In our time when truth is missing in action, and propaganda of the lie has replaced truth it may be a while before we’ll know the truth of why Floyd is still in jail.
The Ruling Class plan is working with the mugshot and fingerprinting of Trump and this fellow. No one is talking about the Biden Crime Family, are they?
I watched the stream of him and the judge. The judge was actually very nice and polite, as was he.
The problem is that he makes too much money for a public defender but not enough to retain a lawyer for a case like this. He was told by various lawyers he contacted that the initial retainer would be $40,000 to $100,000, and the bond is thousands on top of that.
He and the judge discussed the FBI charges, but the judge said that since he has not been convicted, those charges don’t count against him for purposes of incarceration.
What the Uniparty does to black conservatives is far worse than what any entitled BLM brat has ever claimed happened to them.
Loyalty a one-way street with Trump. You scratch his back, he lets you rot in jail.
Of course the black guy gets kept in jail. Don’t these people realize the optics of that?
