I agree with C210N. Possibly one of the things they don't want to have filmed is the ghastly recovery of hundreds of charred bodies, men, women, and children.

Political Junkie Too - I talked with a firefighter early on in the disaster. Governor Newsom is sending firefighters from California. The firefighter said that it was unlikely that firefighting equipment was being sent due to the enormous amount of equipment that would have to be flown in. He thinks this is more for body recovery.
