Former Trump administration press secretary Kayleigh McEnany argued on “Jesse Watters Primetime” that President Joe Biden is not well-perceived by the public which could stunt his 2024 election chances.
McEnany claimed that Biden’s “nightmare scenario” was revealed in a recent Wall Street Journal poll which poured cold water on his reelection hopes. McEnany said that 40% of the poll’s respondents claim they would “definitely” vote for Trump if he is the nominee, while only 39% say the same about Biden.
Although the polling numbers place the likely nominees in a dead heat, McEnany argues that Trump’s base will be more enthusiastic and likely to show up on election day. She stated that the “14th Amendment shenanigans” and Trump’s multiple indictments have riled up his base.
“If he is the nominee, his 40%, I can guarantee you will go to the polls — rain, shine, sickness, health,” McEnany said.
McEnany claimed that even hosts on liberal outlet MSNBC have noticed a disconnect with how party insiders and the general public perceive the president. According to McEnany, MSNBC hosts lamented that although Democratic “party elites” see Biden as the “second-coming of FDR,” the public sees him as an “old man.”
She then commented on the president’s alleged demeanor.
“Biden is angry. He snaps at staffers. He snaps at people around him. He is angry. He is stubborn. He’s not stepping aside. So for those saying he’s not the nominee, he’s got to be pushed out. He’s not leaving on his own,” McEnany said.

They still don't get it. "Election Day" no longer exists. It is an outdated, irrelevant concept.
We now have Election Month and more likely Election Season. If Republicans cannot grasp that and all that it means with regard to getting votes, they will never win.

Well, even if Biden had the power of denial before, because he has been so powerful and untouchable for so long, it has probably changed recently. Those walls are holding back a flood, and all it would take is one election to remove the DOJ stone walls and dykes.

The establishment doesn’t care which party holds any position, their goal is to just remain in power...
The delusion that the American electorate must (and is beginning growing numbers daily are starting to realize) come to terms with is that the establishment doesn’t give a damn a bout this country, or them, period.
The letters beside names of the establishment class mean nothing... Oh you got a R beside your name or a D beside your name... end of the day doesn’t make much of a difference, other than who the money men behind them.. both are working toward the same end game, even if they claim their motivations are different.
They don’t care, they are happy to sell this nation out, as long as they get a cut of the profit of doing so.
If the establishment of the Republican party, for example, gave a ounce of care about the country or its people, Trump would have never ever been elected... he would have had no lane to play in in 2016, or one to play in today.
You think the people of this nation want illegal immigration by the millions? They want to watch their industry being undermined by “free” trade... they want their daughters being molested by boys pretendings to be girls etc?
Nope.. but those are the things the money men want, so no establishment politician will stand against any of it, because if they do they will get cut off....
Keeping CONTROL is far more important than anything else, the establishment GOP will happily lose an election, even work actively to get the democrat elected by hook or by crook if the republican isn’t part of the establishment...

Biden knows that as long as he’s POTUS, he and his entire family are safe from prosecutions. All he has to do is pardon them if any prosecutor gets too antsy.

Add the GOPe’s childlike belief that American politics is like a pendulum. The D’s run things for awhile. Then the R’s run things for awhile. So there’s no need to take any strong action. Just wait for the pendulum to swing back.
What these idiots don’t realize is that today’s D are playing for keeps. They have grabbed the pendulum. They will not let it swing back.
