If they are mummified and not fossilized (i.e. carved) then it should be possible to examine their DNA.

On a serious note, has anyone credible and independent tested the DNA, take new pictures and X-Rays, etc. It would be nice that those dismissing these aliens had proof beyond a dismissive laugh.

If they are extraterrestrial, carbon-14 dating won’t work.
Carbon-14 dating depends on the specific ratio of carbon isotopes in the earths atmosphere. The carbon-14 is produced by cosmic ray interaction with earth’s atmospheric nitrogen. Once it has been absorbed into organic material from the atmosphere it then decays, allowing the calculation of age.

These were clearly made by human hands. They are more like bad anthropomorphic sculptures than anything with a legitimate bio mechanical structure. Not only does the skelital configuration not have human function, they don’t relate to animal skeletons either. IE: neck attachment to the head, shoulder and hip girdle attachment points, etc. But you can argue, that’s okay, because it’s supposed to be extraterrestrial, but it still doesn’t look the least bit functional, even if a biped evolved on some other planet. Those are not proper functional hip or shoulder joints what so ever, even if their head evolved to balance on their spine/neck differently than terrestrial life. The joints are just dumb right-angles like a child drawing a stick-figure!
