As the Free Beacon points out, what is preventing young people from buying homes is skyrocketing interest rates, which are entirely the fault of the federal government, primarily the Biden administration. It’s just one more consequence of Bidenflation.
But I would add this: if there is someone out there who could buy a house, but refrains on account of “fear that it might be wiped out because of extreme weather occurrences,” whose fault is that? Hurricanes can wipe out houses, but if you are worried about that, don’t buy a home on the coast. (Surging real estate prices for coastal properties all around the country indicate that such a fear is not widespread.) And in any event, there has been no increase in either the frequency or severity of hurricanes, as a result of “climate change” or otherwise. Inland, the extreme weather event that can destroy homes is a tornado, but the incidence of tornadoes is down.

Any couple, afraid to have children because the climate changes should probably NOT have children in the first place because they are too dumb and will pass along that deficiency

I just finished reading a piece of crap that says that Tater Swuft fans in Head Start through High School are ‘DEMANDING” that the “climate change” swindle is “taught” in their “schools”. It sounds as though they’ve become burned out on spending all day learning about their genitals, homosexuality, pronouns and how to change their gender. Not to mention all the time they spend drawing up a plan to shoot up their school and murder fellow students.
So you young people better not buy homes in Florida, the Midwest, or the West Coast. Plus, the Mountain West is afflicted by climate-caused wildfires, the north suffers from climate-caused snow, and Texas has gigantic bug mutants from climate change.
What’s a neurotic young person to do about housing? Climate disaster is everywhere.
I have an idea. How about a government loan guarantee program to guarantee the loans of first time buyers who cannot document their ability to pay a mortgage. We won’t have to worry about bank bailouts this time around because the loans comre pre-bailed out.
If these idiots ever ventured outside they would clearly see there is no Climate Crisis ,LOL

Reminds me of the claims a few weirdos made during my growing up times. About not bringing kids into the world because they would just end up vaporized by nuclear war.
At least they still weren’t to afraid to buy a house to get vaporized along with themselves.
