Peet's Coffee is running six TV commercials, and two of them are racist. Both of those racist ads contrast cool non-whites with whites behaving badly.
In the first ad ("Birthday Cake", https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VINuGmrcibw) a white couple dressed like preppies are in the jungle somewhere looking for coffee beans that taste like birthday cake. The Noble Hispanic Coffee Grower can't believe it. When he ignores their request and walks away, the broad caricatures even ask to speak to a manager (a reference to the racist "Karen" trope).
In the second ad ("Mango Breeze", https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=700iqog80Jo) a white woman orders complicated coffee drinks. Her daughter rolls her eyes; her son is a brat. The Noble Black Barista similarly walks away from the white woman. Yet another "Karen" moment ensues as the white woman backs up rather than being ignored.
To see how racist these ads are, simply reverse the races. Pretend the ads had an Angry Black Woman caricature [1] and a cool white male who couldn't believe what he was seeing. Picture that in your mind. Can you see Peet's doing that? Of course not. And, they know what they're doing: none of this casting is a coincidence.
Those involved are Jessica Buttimer (vice-president of brand marketing at Peet's) and the ad agencies Mischief (and the related No Fixed Address Media); Carl Peterson is the creative director at Mischief [2].
Until Peet's starts tweeting regularly, focus on tweeting to mischief_usa and those they RT.

It is on amazon?
We are going to visit and look into expat options.
I’ve wanted to try black rifle, but the price point is too high.

I might recommend looking into Blackout Coffee over Black Rifle. BRCC cause a bit of a stir a couple of years back when it came out that their CEO (Evan Hafer) and a handful of others donated to Obama (allegedly on a bet), Act Blue, and a few other leftist organizations. That and personally I find that one of their spokesman, Matt Best, is bit of an ass with juvenile humor tailored towards “bro vets”.
Thank you. I will do that!
I'm imagining Michelle Obama at Trump's Coffee.
Trump Coffee: famous for grinding coffee beans twice. Mill Arabica Grounds Again
Black Rifle are lifestyle brand posers. If you vet-owned coffee, try Stocking Mill.
That looks really good. The 2# is a good deal! I like that they help out vets. Thank you!
I will be looking for Lavazza.
It is good sign that they don’t broadcast their politics. At the very least, they are not virtue signalers.
Lavazza is a treat for me. I get it when it is BOGO at Publix. Price point always a consideration in my house.
Wow BOGO! Kroger will often have different good deals on it. Price point is everything!
Just visited the Stocking Mill site. They have a hyperlink that says "Click here if you voted for Biden or any other liberal". For grits and shiggles, I clicked. It took me to Black Rifle Coffee Company. Hahaha. Thanks for the info on Stocking Mill!
