I am listening to the hilarious John Cleese book “So, Anyway...” where he talks about an ancient English teacher in his boy’s school who shuffled around like Tim Conway, only made sounds like “Eh-eh-eh”, and was said to have the response time of a 5000 year old gecko!
They had one of those portable chalkboards from the old days that you could write something on, then slide it down to get it out of the way so the regular chalkboard could be seen.
As a prank, one of the students stood behind the raised chalkboard so only his lower legs were seen (in front of the whole class who saw them, but the teacher didn’t) and when the teacher lowered the chalkboard exposing the grinning face and upper body, the teacher had absolutely no response for something like five seconds as he stared into the face of the guy that suddenly appeared, and then kind of looked at the class and went “Eh-eh-eh!”
That sure sounds like Biden and McConnell, but they aren’t funny...
