While White Americans are only 54% of their nation’s population, Whites constitute 80% (nces.ed.gov/programs/coe/indicator/clr/public-school-teachers) of all qualified teachers.
Hundreds of thousands of American teachers have resigned since 2020. As of 2023 44% of American school districts lack sufficient numbers of teachers (www.lawdistrict.com/articles/teacher-resignation-crisis), and this trend only continues to worsen.
Black male students are 1.5 times more likely than White male students to bring a firearm to school (usafacts.org/articles/how-many-high-schoolers-carry-a-gun/). While Hispanic females are more than twice as likely to bring a gun to school than White females.

We need to turn the school to prison pipe line again. I bet its tough for teachers who have no class room disciplinary controls to get through the day.

Government schools are an awful idea. I support homeschooling for the basic stuff (reading, writing, arithmetic) and trade schools for those who want to work. All kinds of trades. Any trade you can think of. I guess you need universities for medicine and engineering.
Scott Adams is right — segregation is a good thing and if you see that the demographics are not in your favor, you need to get out.
There is no way to salvage the present education system. It needs to be junked and we need to start over with a focus on (are you ready?) education. Presently, the system is focused on creating compliant, unthinking drones who will mindlessly vote for Democrats.

Teachers might be afraid to exercise them, but teacher union juries won’t be.

The teachers’ unions and administrators continue to so not “kill” the job that ever more teachers and aides are needed to not educate children.

I would posit that “teacher flight” has more to do with content than race. Then again, many “retired” when faced with take the shot or else.
And the firearms they "bring to school" are usually not hunting rifles in their pickup truck gun racks, either.
When there's no vision the people perish. I try to encourage high schoolers to pick a career before going to college and, after having picked the career, talk to people already in that career to ask them what training or college is good for that industry.
Diversity is perversity.

I quibble with that 54 percent white figure since many Hispanics call themselves white vs what the Lib government claims!
