Personally, I believe it was here much earlier than reported, probably in the late November to mid December 2019 timeframe. I know in early January 2020 I had one of the worst calls I’ve ever had that lasted for about a week and had many of the symptoms of the dreaded Covid, after I was at a large gathering. I know other people who were there who had similar symptoms, but lasted at most a week.

Personally, I think all the hype was driven up when they realized they needed distractions for the election .

IMO, a BAD flu coupled with the ‘benefits’ of government meddling to figure out some way to change the elections. What’s particularly egregious is that government denied drugs and treatments that really could have helped, instead calling them “bleach” and “horse liniment/pills” or something.

To further add insult to injury, Democrat governors like Cuomo forced infected seniors into retirement homes where the elders died in droves. Murderers in my book.

Yes, and I even know several who are pretty certain they had it in late October and they lived in a metro area. All the symptoms matched up with covid and they have not experienced anything like it since. Am thinking the denser the population of a given area the faster and earlier it would get around.

I think you're right. My wife spent the week of Christmas 2019 in North Carolina with her mother who was hospitalized with breathing difficulties. We suspect Covid; fortunately they didn't put her on a ventilator and she's still with us at 83, feisty as ever.

On December 28, 2019, my FIL passed, he was 80. I had a slight fever that same day. Three weeks later, my MIL passed. They were not ill but had a daily visit from an assisted living provider from a firm that hired immigrants.

I distinctly remember DJT's travel restrictions being put into effect during the graveside service.

think all the hype was driven up when they realized they needed distractions for the election .
Distraction,
The scamdemic facilitated all the vote rigging shenanigans perpetrated by a few democrat cities behind closed doors to drag joe’z arse across their winner line days after the voting was done. It is know that our rightful
president has been cheated out of office.
I declare, it looks as if they are getting away with this blatant perpetration and our side just sits on their hands for the most part. Not a insurrection as they imagine it to be but a put things back right ,
Resurrection, defund the fed they are too big for their britches

Glad you survived.

I knew several people who didn’t, including my father in law.

Yup it blew through our small town in central mn after a group from the school came back from DC early in Dec 2019. I tested positive for antibodies but wasn’t sick since a flu like virus came through town and knocked me on my ass for a week.

I had the worse cold of my life November 2019. Worked in a hospital then and my boss was sick at the same time. Other two team members were out on medical leave so we still had to work. Two of us coughed near constantly for about a month on opposite sides of the office. We both took one or two days off as we could.

I was tested probably a dozen times before I left the hospital prior to them mandating the vax. Never tested positive for antibodies or Coof. Haven’t been sick for more than 1/2 a day since - Ivermectin when I feel something coming on and I’m good next day. More than four years since I took a sick day (other than for a wasp sting on the inside of my lip that made me swell up like Popeye).

Crazily, I’ve been healthier since Covid than any time in my life. Used to get sick enough to call off work 2 or 3 times a year.

Yes. Had a coworker that went to Hawaii in November 2019, he was sick as a dog for weeks after. Said he had trouble smelling & tasting things for a while.

I’m about 99% certain I had the Wuhan in mid November 2019. It was blowing through DFW Airport and surrounding area at that time. There is constant exposure to whatever is currently going around when you work in EMS.

It was a lot different than anything I had ever had, not the least of which was not being able to smell wet gasoline on my finger.
