Rebuttals about this type of allegation, for those who care, and for those who will ignore it anyway.

Debunking Zelensky's 'luxury real estate' assets
· Alleged $25 million apartment in Crimea: It was bought in 2014, before the war, is on his tax returns, valued at $160,000, not 25 million.
· Alleged 20 million Euro villa in Italy: On Zelensky's 2019 tax returns, purchased in 2015, 3.8 million euros.
· Alleged 27 million pound estate, in London: No evidence he owns it.

All these allegations are source to Russian media or persons of unknown track record.
The available documentation and Zelensky's tax records show his homes were bought legally, before he was President and before the war.

The story about Zelensky owning a home in Egypt was first reported on Punchng.com, since taken down. There is the archive.is version (link). The images of the documents are heavily blacked out.

Just as with the repeatedly refuted story of Zelensky buying yachts, if the documents are real, there is no reason to black them out so much they are illegible. His one story where he claims to produce the documents, matches another by a different author where the evidence is so heavy blacked out it is useless. Two different authors, both using questionable documents blacked out in the same way for no good reason.

What is strange here is there are only two stories about Mohammed Al-Alawi. His claim Zelensky bought property in Egypt in August, and the report of his death in December. That's it. There is nothing else to show this person really existed at all.

Just like the yacht story, the documents are not even the right type of form.

The yacht story also had a few minutes of the “reporter” doing his video.

Since these guys are reporters who broke these big-time international investigative stories and were of that caliber of future superstar and should have had their fame and careers take off, it should be easy to Google all their information and who they are, the back stories and background of their fabulous work and their earlier careers, human interest articles about them, but in real life none of that is possible.

Fake stories by faked authors who have faked deaths is in the realm of disinformation warfare. I have doubts if this person really exists as claimed. He made claims about Zelensky buying a home in Egypt on video. True or how creatively false, that video exists. Someone created and uploaded it. That said, I would like to see more information by more independent and credible sources to come out about this.
