2:50AM CST Information is from KMBC TV 9.
At the end of the Ceremony, shots were fired. Television KC Channel 9 reports that there are 5 went to Truman medical Center. 3 Ambulances were sent to Childrens Memorial Hospital
2 people have been arrested at this point. Police are clearing the area in front of Kansas City's Union Station. The reporters have been moved away from the area in which they had been reporting.
Last word is that 2 armed people are in custody. One of the people was tackled by someone who Traveled to KC From Omaha.
Police have secured the scene and have an area set aside and are taking eye witness reports.

Union Station was the site of the Kansas City Massacre in 1933 where four law enforcement officers were killed. Pretty Boy Floyd was a suspect in the shootings, though he denied it with his dying breath.

When a Government doesn’t respect laws (open borders) and DA’s don’t prosecute criminals (i.e. Alvin Bragg) the country goes to hell, criminal anarchy. This is not a surprise.

Gee, Golly, is Taylor Swift safe? I await that news with bated breath.
While I’m just ‘snarking’, I bet somehow a lot of the media will somehow make this mostly about her, even if she wasn’t there, (And how conservatives are supposedly threatening her) and about the guns, not the shooter(s), (who is / are supposedly black.)
