Flags at half staff... major announcement imminent... any guesses on what's going on? I believe the King may have passed.

I have it confirmed that King Chuckles has passed away at Balmoral.
I think he knew that his time was short when he assumed the throne, so he made the requisite changes, knowing that he would not be around to hear the kvetching.
