Well, someone in the Royal Family likely has died, hence the flags. Who that is remains to be seen. When Liz died it didn't take this long to make the announcement. Not to mention, there isn't anything about this on any of the major media sources. It's just after 4 am in London as I write this, so if nothing is reported within the next four hours I'm going to consider this a false alarm.

Are flags only lowered for royalty? Here in the US we go half mast for every Tom, Dick, and Harry.
