This is probably due to large numbers of people retiring. More than 2 million people retire every year, and since they started work 45 years ago, most of them are likely to be native-born.
This would imply about 1.5 native born entrants to the labor force every year.
Clearly this is a sign to give more money to Ukraine; Israel as well.
Hiring white people isn’t very “hip” anymore…
Nearly every online job application and job board demands to know sex, race, etc. Many require, yes, require gender identification, pronouns, and more.
Despite the backlash against DEI, many company job postings tout DEI, making clear that only DEI approved candidates are considered.
IBM sent 10k jobs to India under DIE and threatened any management who didn’t comply.
IBM is now going to discover what DIE did to MS, Google, Boeing and Intel.

Indian culture has no moral compass when it comes to lying and cheating.
Not seeking to degrade them - just stating what is real.
I have interviewed countless Indians over the years in IT, and I can literally count on one hand the number who are ethical, highly skilled, and seek to live the American dream and blend in to our society.
The vast majority will turn their position into a caste system - only allowing other Indians into important positions.
The Indian mindset does not understand our business processes - so most of their work for quite some time is of very poor quality from a quality and scaling perspective.
You see a lot of Indians on Linked In saying how they were laid off and only have 60 days to find work or they have to go back to India. This is yet another lie.
Major Indian companies play a game with our immigration system. They give all of these people "offer letters" that are then used to extend a Visa - even though there is no job for them to do and no pay being given to them.
They either need to adopt a moral code or go somewhere else. Their current way of operating will destroy American business.
And yes, I'm in a role to see it first-hand.

But for the most part, the middle-class has now been dumped on big time by the Democrats (who used to pro-working man) and some (maybe most) of the Repubs.

I have been posting about immigration issues on Free Republic since we crushed the Bush-McCain Amnesty (three times!) in the 2005-2008 time period.
I posted about this employment issue a couple months ago.
The data I had only included 2020-2022, but it showed the same fact - native born Americans (mostly low skill and lower middle class) lost jobs during during the Pandemic, and immigrant labor was being hired to replace them AFTER the Pandemic ended.
I had no idea we had data that showed the same trend has continued all the way to February 2024!
The peasants do not care about such trivia...
