I am conservative, came here, read rules, what is the problem? You must have missed this rule from the posting guidleines......
- Do keep "vanity" posts to a minimum - Free Republic is primarily a place to discuss news, articles, and editorials. Vanity posts, creations of the poster him or herself, should meet a high standard of quality before one is even considered worthy of posting.

Care to elaborate? Or is this some kind of quiz show?

The problem is that we have plenty of people that can type "I'm a conservative". Yippee! It doesn't take a genius (though most in this forum are) to know that you are DU troll, a DNC seminar web-surfer, or the like.
One of the rules that you may not have read goes something like this: newbies should probably hang around for a little while and build a reputation as a reliable source of information and/or commentary.
And, just in case your looking for this "rule", it is pretty much THE rule on every chat board, bulletin board, or discussion forum on the web.
If you're not familiar with that, then it 1) further strengthens our thoughts that you are just a drive-by DU troll or 2) indicates that you really don't know how to participate in online forums.
Either way, you may want to just shut the piehole for a little while.

a high standard of quality Are you suggesting that this very post does not meet a "high standard of quality" ?
It's got two sentences, only one misspelled word.

Okay.
Look. I'm gonna try.
We're all just a bit keyed up at the moment. Those
d@mned pictures. The beheading. The stuff Kerry and Kennedy said. The fact that a bunch of us have family and friends over there.
Now, we don't know who you are, and you are new.
And you come in here with a one-line vanity, asking about a thing anybody could find if they want to badly enough.
And your question could be taken as baiting.
(And your comment to me CERTAINLY was. I'm the "pissed off conservative", remember?) So you know, *I'M* an independant with NeoCon leanings.
Is any of this twigging you at all?

He posted a one-liner vanity wanting to know where to find the Berg video.
He's also brand new.
We can tell he ain't Bogdan, though... doesn't type with an accent. ;-)

His posting history shows exactly one post, namely this one.

I hadn't realized he had a pulled post. Troll, for sure. The longer the silence, the more damned he becomes.
