The outcome of the Washington Redskins home football games, has predicted the winner of every presidential election since 1936. So, saith the media, and they were saying it on all the networks, beginning at least, on Friday, before the game. The Redskins played the Packers, on Sunday, October 31, 2004.
The Redskins lost.
The Washington Redskins lost to the Greenbay Packers. Tradition holds; that if the Redskins win their last home game of the season, the party that holds the Incumbent continues to hold it. If they lose, the challenging party's candidate unseats the Incumbent President.
As a voter for Bush, this news certainly did not sit well on my stomach. The skewed (wrong) exit polls, made my gloom and doom feeling even stronger.
The only thing that got me through, was that I kept saying to myself, 'but, the Red Sox won! The Red Sox won the World Series, and broke the curse and they won after a draught of 86 years! The last time they won, was in 1918!.
Then, the most beautiful thing I've witnessed in a very long time; President Bush winning and winning big, happened. And the flag of the U.S. A. turned a bright red!
Therefore, I say: Red equals red equals a red map.
Let's hear it for miracles. This brings to mind Ecclesiastes 1:2.
BWAHAHAHAHAHA
