NEW YORK - Former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star Jason Priestley has married longtime girlfriend Naomi Lowde, the actor's publicist, Marla Weinstein, said Tuesday.
Priestley and Lowde wed Saturday on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, Weinstein said. No further details were available.
After several years together, the 35-year-old actor and Lowde, a makeup artist, became engaged last May. It is the second marriage for Priestley, who was married to Ashlee Peterson, also a makeup artist, for less than a year before divorcing in early 2000.
Priestley, who played Brandon Walsh on the long-running teen drama, was seriously injured in an August 2002 car crash. The avid race car driver spun out of control at 180 mph and hit a wall nearly head-on during practice at the Kentucky Speedway.
More recently, Priestley appeared in the campy independent film "Die Mommie Die!" He also directed the 1999 documentary "Barenaked in America," about his fellow Canadians, the band
Frankly,I don't even know who he is.
That said, the careers of Ron Howard, Mary Tyler Moore,Bob Newhart and the like were not damaged by being identified with just one role.
Maybe the kid just can't act!
or be seen as the guy who thought he could drive race cars.
William Shatner = Captain Kirk.......
Good makeup.
What gives?
Shatner played a role other than TJ Hooker?

I never saw the tv show. Priestly will always be "Ronnie Bostock" to me, the hilariously clueless object of John Hurt's obsession in "Love and Death on Long Island".
....now my life is complete! I don't know if I could have made it much further knowing that Jason Preistly was not married to his long time girl friend.
Yes he did. If you are serious about not knowing that, you must be under the age of 28.
Never saw the TV show either. Any show with a reference to California in the title is not watched in my house.
Ron Howard, Mary Tyler Moore - I think they were both famous for more than one role - didn't Ron play Opie and Richie and MTM was on Dick Van Dyke and the MTM show
"Dammit Petroni, I'm a FReeper, not a TV expert." < /Bones> :)
That's my point----they were identified with ONE role and then,by gosh, they got more work. That's what usually happens to decent actors.
To read one frequent Freeper's subtitle, "Trust in God...and...Fox News", you'd think the only role he ever played was "Denny Crain".
That was my point. They didn't become identified by just one role. They moved on.
