SAN DIEGO -- Animal control officers in Hollister, Calif., are a little worried after they received two litters of puppies in the last couple of weeks that show signs of what they consider inbreeding.
Some of the puppies were born with no front legs.
But one little pup doesn't seem to mind at all. She was seen playing with her mom like any other healthy, happy puppy.
With a tail that was constantly wagging, the happy little camper chased her momma and even leaped across the cage onto her momma.
This story has a very happy ending for all the puppies involved. They have all been adopted.

Now why is a MSM paper telling us how happy the pup is when if a similar issue were to occur to a baby, it would be prone to recommending finding the problem in the womb and er, terminating the pregnancy?
The first child welfare laws came from animal welfare laws (1919)

I once saw a dog on TV that had only two legs, the front left and the back left. You would be shocked at how fast that dog could run. It was absolutely amazing, really something to see.
