FWIW, Google News Search keeps 502ing this midday.
That surprises me. It's not the only news search I use, but it's acting like Blogger! Pain in the posterior!
It's not 100 percent of the time, but it is a lot of the time.
I just had to rant.

All search engines are welcome. I am not an exclusivist. Just wondering why a powerhouse like google would be having those troubles. It's more a matter of nosy.
I just hope they don't start running their news search like the blogger side runs...shaky.

Google seems to screen out out of date news stories better than yahoo.

Drudge has been down for me today and was for a part of yesterday.
No problems with drudge for me...did see they are doing the usual soccer riots, though...Britain V. Germany, according to the headline..
