Yankees down to their last 27 outs!

Ok Seriously.
I've never been a fan of the guy, but wow did Rogers look sharp tonight. 7 2/3, 0 runs, 8K. He really had something to prove tonight and did he ever.
A-Fraud AKA Mr March, went 0-3 and is batting .125 for the series.
Watching the Yankees lose NEVER GETS OLD!

A Yankee loss is always fun--but a postseason flop is especially sweet!

Watching the Yankees lose NEVER GETS OLD! ...especially whey you're a Tigers fan like me. Before this series started the experts said there was no reason to play it.
Wrong...

Check out
TradeSports.com to see the freefall in Yankees "stock" over the past 48 hours, from 42 to 18.5. The A's are now the favorite to win it all.

Way to go champ. The Yanks are the most successful ball club on planet Earth, and if they never win again for a hundred years they'd still be the yardstick to measure success.

Based on that screen name, I'd imagine that you are a Red Sox fan, the same as I. Yes, it never gets old seeing the Yankees lose!

That's right. This just goes to prove that there's a lot of truth to what they say in New York . . .
The 27th championship is always the toughest one to win. LOL.

Especially when we're forced to listen to the endless fawning of the sports media over the Yankees. The Tigers led the entire major league before they even noticed.

The Hillary Curse (a phrase I invented under a different FR name BTW) is still intact. Now the yankees are counting on Jared Wright to save the day. I don't know about that. But it'll be tough to beat the yankees. I hope the tigers can pull it off and we'll have a rematch on the 1972 ALCS. LOL!
