A certain midwestern mayor (dem.) is seeking to build a $100 million dollar entertainment facility in a city where many residents are routinely flooded out of their homes due to inadequate flood control sewers.

I voted, but it’s 42%-42%. Need a lot more to bump it over.
I just Freeped the poll. As of now here’s how it stands:
Sewer: 44%
Stadium: 41%
Pay down debt: 10%
Can’t get too excited about this poll. I would rather that Midwestern mayors tax their citizens to death because it means that their constituents will more likely vote to reduce taxes on the national level... which is what I care about.
