Just put a tax on it.
That should fix it.
(roll eyes)
;D!
I wonder if the guy who wrote this, if serious, is really in Dodge City, or has even ever been to Dodge City?? It’s not the place I’d pick to complain about beef.
I also wonder if someone who complains about how much land it takes to raise cattle has ever spent any time in areas where lots of cattle are raised. Some, though of course not all, ranch land really isn’t suitable for much of anything else.
I think I’ll have a steak for supper tonight.
Dean Koch does live in Dodge if I remember correctly, and that is one of those things that got me on that. Beef is Dodge City’s first and prime business above all, take beef away you not only kill Dodge City but also most of Southwestern Kansas the Oklahoma Panhandle and the Texas Panhandle. Anyways its kind of weird reading a Kansan with the last name Koch sound like a raving loony leftist as most of them I have known are pretty conservative people, maybe he was kicked out of the family.
I don't know that I have ever seen one under 30' and some up to several hundred feet in diameter. In farm ground they still hold water after a rain and having been farmed over for 50 plus years.
Admittedly, the ones I’ve seen were on relatively small pastures.
Costs a lot of money to try to fence in a large area to contain bison.
Any way we look at it, bison are hard on the neighborhood. Doesn’t mean that they’re not tasty, just means that they’re not exactly a meek “environmentally friendly” animal.
However, I would love to see a herd of bison big enough that we could try to induce a bunch of environmentalists to try to milk some bison females. That, I would pay to watch. ;-)
I love a Q'd primal but unless tallow is added the burgers are kinda dry.
"That, I would pay to watch. ;-)"
Want to get up a game of "Slap the Bull"?? hahaha
Every time you grill a steak, God kills a tree in the Amazon forest. Or something.
I swear, vegetarians are stupider, most stupidest, simply because they don't eat enough beef.
A human can survive infinitely on beef alone. Protiens and fats. It's all a body needs. But a body cannot survive without these two things. What is the most unimportant part of our diet? Vegetables. Vegetarians try to forgo the most important dietary ingredients, with detrimental effect, mostly detrimental.
Me going without beef is bad for this planet!
yes, but rBGH (bovine growth hormone) is not a good hormone for humans to be consuming. Kids are entering puberty earlier, for example, than in times past partly because of the vast amount of hormones in meat and milk.
Plus, it causes sickness in the cows because of over production of milk, which requires large doses of antibiotics, which also find their way into meat and milk
did you sign up just to defend hormone supplements?
by the way, rGBH is not estrogen.
it is bovine growth hormone, produced in the pituary glands of cattle, but given in large dosages like anabolic steroids.
and if these supplements were so safe, why are they banned in Canada, Japan, Australia and the European Union?
That explains my wife’s vegetarian friend.. LOL
She don’t eat meat but she sure likes the bone!
The vegans have been having meatings about this.
Folks, it’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye...
or, in this case, until these control freak bastards get into positions of power where they can use the legal use of deadly force (gov’t) to impose their will on the rest of us.
Make no mistake, they
INTEND TO CONTROL WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO EAT.
