No, his mother was probably still in Kenya at the time. The grandmother had the wherewithal to file the false docs with the State of Hawaii.

That's amazing!

However, the Justices of the SCOTUS do not like to hear the word probably during arguments and it is amazing that granny would have the wherewithal to know that her newborn grandson would be elected President of the United States.

What does SCOTUS have to do with this topic?

Does someone need SCOTUS’ permission to build a birthplace monument? Please tell us what legal theory you are basing this wild belief on.

Where from your research do you think the Obama birthplace monument should be built, exactly? Street address (or longitude/latitude) please.

Please try to stay on topic and not go off on wild tangents.

(PS. Granny Dunham was worried about just securing American citizenship for baby Barry at the time. If you had even a passing familiarity with citizenship law at the time, you would know this. Hope this helps.)
