Has anyone ever gotten an EZ Pass bill with charges that belong to someone else? Did anyone ever return an EZ Pass unit--the transponder--and find that it turned up still in use by someone else, charging you for their travel?

I wouldn’t mind moving close to NY state, but I wouldn’t own an EZ-Pass.
No, never had a problem and don’t know anyone who did. I take it you didn’t look at your bill every month.
Move as far away as you can and do it as fast as you can.
Every car that goes thru EZ pass has their license plate photographed.
Not a bad idea.
I refuse to be double taxed for roads my taxes paid to build. I will never own one of those things.
