I saw the episode, and it’s definitely adults only.
When did it become allowable to say blow job on basic cable channels?
I hope I don’t get banned for saying it here. Those South Park kids used those words, and they also said that a blow job is when you put your penis in a girl’s mouth. Have standards changed that much that you are allowed to say these things on basic cable? I know HBO, Cinemax, etc. are pay cable movie channels, so they have differing standards.

After 10pm eastern the rules relax for cable channels. Still more strict for networks.
After 12am until 4am on basic channels, there are no limits as far as language. Comedy Central has shown the SP Bigger Longer Uncut movie in it's entirety - with no bleeps - during those hours. TBS/TNT also has sometimes let language go during that timeframe as well. I'm a night owl, so I see these things :)

The only real limitations on cable are what the company and the advertisers will allow.
For a while Comedy Central was airing uncensored comedies including the South Park movie at midnight. I guess they figure if you are willing to watch foul mouthed fourth graders you don’t care just how foul mouthed they are.
