The one of the poor soul falling is especially bothersome, it’s still in my mind like it was yesterday, I will never forget it, we lived in Seattle at the time and we got a phone call to jump up and turn on CNN, I turned on FoxNews of course, 2 minutes or so after turning on the TV the 2nd plane flew into the other tower, I was shocked, then, when the first tower collapsed I looked at my wife and so “Oh my God, it’s just collapsed” the news reporters kept saying there’s been another explosion, but they were wrong, I could see the thing go straight down.
Afterwards, I remember family members and loved ones wandering around looking at boards and things, posting notes “Have you seen so and so ...” and all that, it’s still all right that, fresh as can be.
Frankly, I wish FoxNews would broadcast those first 4 hours this Saturday so all can see it and we never forget.
One of the jumpers landed on that fire captain that died....bodies were dropping out of the sky all around....
Hurts just as bad today..FYI Fox is showing time line of terror tomorrow with out commercial interruption
When you read it, pay close attention to how many posts it took before the name Bin Laden came up. Maybe a dozen.
And on Sept. 12, 2001 had one said that New Yorkers, by a margin of 2 to 1, would help elect as president, a man with a mysterious past and the name Hussein Obama, one would have been assaulted on the streets.
My boss just sent this out to everyone in the Firm and admonished one and all to “never forget”. Yes, it hurts just as bad today as it did then and, sadly, an entire culture will never be viewed as I once viewed it, nor will ours ever be the same.
All the rat bastards and their puke pile friends that caused so much grieve should be hated! Hate is a good thing when directed at your enemy. There is nothing to understand about them. All I need to know about Islam occured on 9-11....

It was a long day, FR kept alot of us sane.
I was searching for a 9/11 victims tribute web site with photos and stories on the people lost that day.

I started posting here in July 01 although I had lurked for a while before then. I actually heard about the first plane listening to the Howard Stern Show on the way to work. He was interviewing Pamela Anderson as I recall. I went into work and told my boss who was staring at spreadsheets and unaware. Then I jumped on FR. I remember those early threads vividly.
