WASHINGTON — The Environmental Protection Agency on Friday formally declared carbon dioxide and five other heat-trapping gases to be pollutants that endanger public health and welfare, setting in motion a process that will lead to the regulation of the gases for the first time in the United States.

Why did they exempt the deadly gas, hydrogen hydroxide, or dihydrogen monoxide as it is sometimes called? It’s a much stronger greenhouse gas than CO2, and its concentration is often orders of magnitude higher. I think the EPA is discriminating against carbon atoms. All those other “greenhouse” gases have carbon in them, too. Since the common form of the element carbon, graphite, is black, I hereby accuse the EPA of Chemical Racism.
