Take care of your body! I take a beverage daily made from: Peter Gillhams Natural Vitality Natural Calm (also can be found in most health food stores) powdered magnesium, 1-2 drops Cayenne Pepper Tincture, and the juice of a couple FRESH slices of organic lemon (when I've got it around the house). Three of my kids swear by this beverage as well. I also use Young Living Essential Oils (Frankincense is a splendid one for calming down, and it smells fabulous.)
