$72k seems a bit high to expect from him.

Wow! Those stipulations will wreck havoc on the idiot’s career in Hollywood.

I might seem radical here....but I really believe that an unwed mother deserves no help from the state...either welfare or child support.....it’s a private matter.....and the state has no right to force fatherhood on a father......and it’s called equal reproductive rights....

There’s rarely such thing as a deadbeat dad...only bad laws and judges......

child support in a no fault divorce is bad enough...but court orders with not even a marriage contract to enforce is even WORSE!!!

The mother gets complete custody and the father gets no rights at all unless the women and man agree to something themselves...

Marriage is a contract, and sans contract—whence comes the “right” of the female to sue for child support? Whence comes her standing to sue....she chose to have and keep the baby and the man had no choice......

So it’s HER responsibility and the government should stay OUT of it.....

It sounds like there is basically a gag order on any faamily members who wish to see the child.

I actually support the stipulation about speaking badly publicly about one another. That tears kids up. The Court has an interest in protecting the child.

Maybe this recent crap was just what they needed to make peace and settle things. If that’s so, then it was worth it, IMO.

Divorce sux, fo sho.

How does the state know who the father of an illegit baby is? Court ordered paternity tests? What about the so-called “right to privacy”? Men don’t have the right to privacy? What gives the state the right to order one or many men to take paternity tests on behalf of an unwed mother? What contract does she have with any man for the state to enforce and where does she get the right and standing to sue????

I love how these liberals claim to believe in the rights of privacy and the rights of the innocent, etc-—but then a Maury Povich will do a show about how 12 males are forced illegally by the state to take paternity tests because some unwed mother wants child support from the father for the baby she decided to keep without the father’s choice....only one of the men is father, but all have to submit...oh, sorry for your trouble...but you slept with her too? When did THAT become the business of the state????

How does the state force somebody to “pay” anything when he never was found guilty in either criminal or civil court...?

We’ve heard of the crime “driving while black”.....well, what about “copulating while male” though not illegal, can subject a man to liability and punishment......

Sure, it takes two to tango...but it’s NOT a legal crime to tango and only the woman gets the choice.....

she needs to take responsibility for her choice and the state needs to mind its own business and stop illegally fining men and invading their privacy when no contract existed to breech....

And we expect the sperm donor to honor any part of this agreement?

Not a chance.
