Yeah, no one warned me! LOL
And I also recall one of my bucks one day, for no reason I could figure out, simply jumped up and bit the bejabbers out of my leg. Then he happily hopped away. No idea what got into him. Strange creatures.
On the other hand, I loved them. But I’m not sure I would give one to a small child. No, in fact I’m sure I wouldn’t.

Long ago when the bunnies were born, I bookmarked endless websites about rabbit care to make sure I did everything *just* right.

One of the sites included “bunny body language”.

I discovered that my adorable little fuzzies were rudely dissing me even after I’d slaved away picking all right wild greens for them.

I’d present them with my hard-earned bounty, only to receive the ultimate bunny insult; the turn-around-and-flick-the-rear-legs “Kiss off” maneuver.

Humph!

Cute little ingrates!

Booger, my remaining buck has gone blind from age, bless his sweet, gentle heart and Psycho Bunny [seriously] still terrorizes my Ibizan Hounds [who are born rabbit killing machines] every chance she gets.

If they come near her bunny kennel, she charges them, on her hind legs, front legs slashing while she screams like a banshee, razor sharp teeth bared.

They wisely back off.

She’s nothing like the “normal” wild bunnies they chase around the yard.

I wouldn’t give one to a kid, either.

Probably a good thing for me that there was no internet back in the olden days when a friend gave me my first bunny (Charlie, a lovely gray mongrel of some sort). I’m sure if my parents had any idea they would have said NO NO NO! :) But of course, I think all we had ever read about rabbits was the Easter Bunny and Peter Rabbit.

Pit Bull Breeds should not be destroyed. I own a Pit Bull and she has been beat up by cats and dogs, she doesn’t bite anything but her toys, I know lots of Pit Bulls like this.

Any dog has the potential of harming people/animals it’s just that Pit Bulls get more notoriety then other breeds.

It’s ashame because I have owned many types of breeds and love animals dearly, my Pit Bull is by far the smartest most loving dog I have ever owned.

Labrador Retrieves mutilated and killed my friends dog and it is the owners fault. Not the Dogs. It has been very tragic and the owner of the Labrador Retriever didn’t even care..... It’s all about the owner of the DOG!!!!!

She/he will probably scare the bad people away wither her/his bark but if they saw her/him then no probably not. Dogs act different when there owners are not home. They are doing there job. I was a breeder of Golden Retrievers and love them dearly but they are not without fault. My dogs were protective of their yard but when out they were nice and I would even worry someone would steel them. I did have one that was very mean and he had to be put down. It hurt but it was what had to be done. I raised Springer Spaniels and they also were not without fault. Springers are very aggressive. I own a Pit Bull now and she has been the smartest and most docile Dog I have ever owned. I have had many many dogs, small, medium and large and have loved them all. People don’t understand that when dogs run with other dogs chances are high that something bad is going to happen. People don’t understand that when something (Person, Cat, Dog, ect...) the dog or dogs will chase and most likely hurt what ever they are chasing. If a dog is aggressive, don’t move and nine times out of ten the dog will go away or you can use your phone and call for help.
