Just wondering if anyone else out there is spending the evening alone. Not necessarily a bad thing. I'm sipping a cappuccino and taking in "A Christmas Story" in the old man cave. I'll be with family tomorrow, but as of tonight, it's my faithful Boxer and me. And Ralphie.

I’m no longer alone as I found the love of my life at age 57 and 5 years later we are still going strong but I have been alone on Christmas Eve many times and its not necessarily a bad thing. A good time to relax and reflect on the past year and look forward to spending Christmas Day with family and loved ones.

Lots of you are dealing with much worse (bless you!) than me and some seem to be alone by choice, or just spending a quiet evening doing what you enjoy. Very happy to hear the good news that different posters posted, too.

I’m alone for the first time in quite a few years.
We did some shuffling of holiday schedules so it works out fine. Like you,I’ll see everone tomorrow.

Me too, alone this evening and tomorrow.
I have a tropical fish shop where most of my waking hours are spent caring for the wonders of the sea, lake, brook, pond and ditch. It fills my heart and makes lots of good fellow fish keeper friends.
A new radio station here in Sarasota has just gone on line 24/7 classic, 89.1. They have been playing lots of Christ centered music for more than a week. Amazing for a University station but a great joy. Blessings.
