That guy is so full of liquor, he’s lucky he didn’t burst into flames when that first jolt went through his body.
Never thought of that. That would be hard to ‘splain to the next of kin, fer sure.
Second time he got up, the cop should have went over and used his OC spray on the suspect while the taser was going. Third time... Cycle taser 2 times. 4th time... Asp strikes to knee and tase.
OK. I definitely don’t want to get arrested by you!
Maybe if the cop shot him in the backbone he’d have shimmied real funny like.
