I guess that rules out the hand to hand stuff, those guys are HUGE! North Korea selects their “guards” at the gate specifically to be taller, heavier than any US or SK soldier.
That impression - the impression YOU just got! - is exactly WHY they do that. It is to intimidate foreigners looking at photo of the NK soldiers (and assuming that the NK goons in the picture are typical) and to publish those same photos in the NK papers to impress their own (starving) slaves. (Er, citizens.)
But that US commander sure doesn't look like he could run very far, could do very many pull-ups, does he?)
