I think not Mr. Geithner, the system is doing exactly as designed, give more power to the ruling class, make a barrier to jumping class and make the rich socialist even richer.
I am confused by the format of the headline. Is the colon used to separate the quotation from the person being quoted, or (more likely) is it being used to introduce a list of the political dysfunctions at the root of the world's troubles?
The title was cut and past from the web page the article is on. I believe it’s who’s being quoted. In this instance Geithner is being quoted by the journalist.
