A brave 7-pound pooch trying to protect three little kids in his family was heartlessly slapped out a third-story window by a cop on a failed drug raid, a lawsuit charges.
Chuwie, a miniature Doberman-Pomeranian mix, miraculously survived, but his owner says the family pet hasnt been the same since.
How could a police officer do that to a tiny dog? said Iris Ramos, whose son-in-law, Ronald Estevez, 27, owns Chuwie.
The dog never tried to attack a cop -- all he did was bark, according to the familys Bronx Civil Court lawsuit against the city and NYPD for unspecified damages, including $300 in vet bills.
Children were crying. Guns were being pointed in their faces, said family lawyer Jeffrey Emdin.
The suit also charges false arrests and claims that when the cops left the apartment, $1,200 in cash, a gold bracelet and several documents were missing.

"All in all, Citizen, it was a good raid for us. Was it good for you? Learned your lesson yet?"
Cops love to kill things. After that killing spree of animals in Ohio, one has to question their impulse.
Seriously, who hasn’t fantasized about slapping a 7 pound yapping dog out a 3rd story window? Especially while holding the crying kids at gunpoint? These kids are bound to grow up trusting cops.

Real tough guys, eh?
How could a police officer do that to a tiny dog?
The usual reason -- they were all amped up for the big show and were ticked off things didn't go as planned, so they took it out on the family pet.
The groups who loves to kill things is Animal Care & Control and the Wildlife commissions (esp in Floriduh!!) THey look for any excuse to kill things.....in floriduh they are on tape laughing at how they would love to blow away every cat they could. IF those 2 groups of people were drowning...well...I won’t comment on what I’d do.
At 7 lbs., I'd guess it's far more Pom than Dobie.
Pointing guns at kids seems to be the latest favored intimidation tactic.
It seems that not even the defend-the-cops-no-matter-what crowd is willing to defend it.

This is the best summary of this phenomenon that I have read yet.
I do not use drugs.
I don’t even like taking aspirin for a headache.
But I think it’s long past time to legalize recreational drugs, if for no other reason than to protect the general public from sadistic raids like this.
If they really, REALLY want to make a drug raid, why don’t they raid the Occupy vermin? Rhetorical question, I know. The reasons are political. That is EXACTLY the behavior of a police state, where some groups are “off limits” for enforcement, regardless of how lawless they are, while the police conduct “open season” random raids on the general public.
I guess you should have went to Ohio and talked nice to lions, tigers and bears.
Ohio was a case of the police doing the proper and right thing.
Dosen’t even compare to slapping a dog out a window.
More and more I see Cartman as the accurate representation of the drug cops.
Maybe they mean Miniature Pincher instead of Doberman Pincher? Big difference...
I think you’re right, Suzy. Maybe they were told “Pinscher” and interpreted that to mean “Doberman,” not knowing what a Mini is.
Or pointing guns at 3, 4 and 5 year olds.
“The NYPD declined comment. The court papers acknowledge the officers had a warrant. The three toddlers, ages 3, 4 and 5, were with their mom, Stacey Acevedo, who is Ramos’ niece, in a bedroom when the cops stormed in early in the morning, the suit claims.”
Anyone with an obnoxious dog this ugly deserves to be arrested, even mistakenly, and slapped.
Not to mention the vicious preschoolers—can’t take your weapons off them for a minute.

Don’t you just love morons who hate cats? These creatures that keep the rodent population down so that we are not overrun with disease!
And why are cops so afraid of doggies? When my father had to go to the hospital in an ambulance, we had to drag our goofy black lab into the cellar before the cops would enter the house.
The terrorizing little kids phenomenon is indeed most troubling. It’s a sign of serious mental disorder — the last sort of people that should be cops. How screwed up do you have to be to point a gun in a toddler’s face? And the kid victims understandably grow up to become adults who despise police.
Yea, they all have to get their stories stright.
When there is no accountability for their wrong doings these types of actions will continue by the cowboy cops.
