Violet D'Mello was petting the "tame" cats

Mistake # 1. There is a reason these are called "wild" animals. People have no business getting close to them or treating them like domesticated animals.

A tame animal is more than just raised by humans from birth so they aren't quite as wild. It took hundreds or thousands of generations of domesticating wolves and only allowing the calmer, more compliant ones to breed while killing, castrating or at least chasing off the wilder ones to turn them into domesticated dogs. And even they will occasionally revert to their instincts and kill people.

Cats on the other hand have been breeding humans for thousands of years to make us more compliant to their needs.

Perhaps this is one of the reasons the late Pope John Paul preached against eco-tourism.

Walt Disney must be spinning in his grave that human’s have decided to take Disney’s humanization of animals so literally! WTH, is wrong with normally intelligent people and the way they interface with critters?
