As a wrestling fan, I'm pretty sure I prayed for this to happen a couple dozen years ago and now that it's happened...I couldn't be more excited.
And thank God America's White Boy discovered this amazing video so I can cross another item off my bucket list.
Apparently, over the weekend, wrestling legend George "The Animal" Steele threw out the first pitch at a Rochester Red Wings game. No big deal, right?
Well, fans of the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins got exactly what I would've hoped for from the 75-year-old WWE Hall of Famer.

To be accurate, former wrestler George “The Animal” Steele was in the movie “Ed Wood” playing former wrestler Tor “The Super Swedish Angel” Johnson in the movie “Plan 9 from Outer Space”.
One of Johnny Depp’s (and Tim Burton’s) better films, IMHO.
Ric Flair threw out the first pitch at Busch Stadium once, and he was almost as wimpy as Obama. I was shocked!

Remember the ‘Love Triangle’ gag, (From Saturday Night’s Main Event about 1986 or so), between The Animal, Miss Elizabeth and The Macho Man? Now that was some funny stuff!
Wow....every saturday nite around 7pm....Studio wrestling. Sure it was fake but it was a hoot. And whenever the Animal would rip open a turnbuckle and rub the sawdust into the eyes of his foe it would bring boos in the house.
