On a very sad note, during our trip to Mississippi, earlier this week, my wife and I had to make a very, very difficult decision. We had to put down our beloved pet, Cashmere, a 12 year old Irish Setter due to an acute kidney failure. She was a beloved companion in our lives, leaving pawprints on our hearts & we are forever changed. Our fond memories of Cashmere provide us with comfort and joy.

I am SO SO sorry to hear about Cashmere. I’ve had to do the same and it is always heartbreaking. I don’t know why, but I’ve always fond comfort in the Twilight Zone episode, The Hunt, when it comes to a lost canine companion.

Sorry to hear about your friend Cashmere, I know he’ll be missed. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in trading bottles of homebrew. Seems like it would be fun to try other peoples brews.
