Until they pull it, here you go.
QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF DETROIT
Make comments or ask questions in the comments section if you like.
How much for just Palmer Woods ?
That’s funny. Quitting claim to any rights you MAY have.
price is already too high
Anthony Bourdain in Detroit
After 13 years I still think the Ebay Kick your azz winning bid is the funniest:

That link set off my virus warning alert.
It’s safe. i use Fprot, Spybot and Malwarebytes all at the same time.
Buy Detroit, use it as a live action zombie film set.
It already has real zombies.
One of many Democratic strongholds to succumb to reality. Can’t wait for the rest..
Give Detroit and Manhattan to the “Palestinians” in exhcnage for peace.
At least with them we will know where we stand.
Sure, you have a 100% positive rating, but still I’m not quite sure this is on the up-and-up.
Do you have a Buy It Now price?
Dude, $5.00 for shipping?????! That’s just a piece of paper, I think one first-class stamp is sufficient.
If I win, I’ll let you have one block as a kick-back...cos, ya know, that’s how the unions made Detroit what it is today.
It has to have Notary Embossed Signatures by both sides.
Overhead, Ya know...
What’s the deal with Farmer Bourdain?
Does he live there? Or just slummin’?
How convenient! I’m a notary, and since this is a bargain basement sale, perhaps just a notary seal will do. I mean, every penny counts, right? (nevermind that part about a notary not allowed to notarize a document thats/he stands to gain by...again, think unions)
$5.00 seems a lot these days for Detroit considering how run down the place is.
If the bidding started at $1.00 I might consider it.
I am putting the deed on nice paper and including a frame. Come on, you are getting an historic document here. LOL
The purpose of a notary seal is so that the document can be recorded. Such recording is called constructive notice. It lets everyone know, pursuant to a recorded document, the status of my interest -— which is none. A deed can be given to any property without recording that instrument. That does, of course, create potential legal pitfalls and potential challenges to title and liens placed on the property because of the current owner. In this case, I am giving the bidder “actual notice.” Between us, you know and I know you have received the deed. I am willing to get it notarized with my actual real signature, however, that would obviously cost most money.
