Black males comprise about 6% of the US population.

The NFL should be forced to limit each team to no more than 6% blacks.

That is true only if you allow women on the football teams. Otherwise, the 12% figure is correct. Blacks are 12% of all males in the population.

By the way, coaches and other management positions should be filled based on candidates’ qualifications. Period.
