Ever wished you were a hobbit?
Well now you can experience how Bilbo and Frodo Baggins live by visiting Balade Des Gnomes, a unique hotel in Belgium.
Near the picturesque town of Durbuy in Belgium, the wooden topsy-turvy rooms feature carved wooden beds that look like they are nestled in the hollow of a tree, a dining table perfect for goblin guests and a gothic, ornate bath.

Pillars covered in vine leaves are covered in miniature gargoyle faces and, instead of a carpet, the floor is covered with a rug of leaves.
And you can stay there from 150 a night (around £120).
Owner Dominque Noel's fantasy resort also has a further nine rooms with fairytale themes, including the "A Cabin in the Forest" and "Under the Moon".
While from the outside the room named "The Trojan Horse" looks like a giant wooden pony, inside guests are welcomed to a carved wooden staircase and cosy double bedroom.

It's an escape from everyday stress.
"When our customers leave in the morning they say they were immersed in another world and they want to stay in all the rooms in order to travel through the various themes that we offer."
The hotel is built from completely natural materials and celebrates the "simplicity of modern times".
"I wanted the hotel to be almost imaginary, with a youthful essence and work harmoniously with nature," he added.
Good lord, it was.
You know the FR Hobbit Hole threads lead to at least two marriages? (One being mine?).
But how is the ale?
I had no idea! That’s wonderful.
