My dad’s a Baptist minister. He didn’t allow the females in the house to wear jeans or any kind of pants, either.

Looked up what a Kurta is. It’s a kind of unisex smock.
They look nice of the ladies — especially with blue jeans.
But for the life of me I don’t know why any man would want to wear one.
