The ncaa loves to play chess until they see they're beaten. Then they flip the board and claim moral superiority.
Screw off ncaa and give Penn State and Joe Paterno back their wins (the NEXT lawsuit will take care of that).

You want Penn State to sue the NCAA to bring Joe Pa back to life?

This was a terrible misplaced punishment. The players had no complicity nor the fans. Joe Pa and the administrators with knowledge needed prison in my opinion but if a coach commits murder— we punish the TEAM? You are kidding me? Good Luck Lions . Welcome back. The NCAA is a total joke. They need to be enjoined and removed.

...so who beat them...?
Screw off ncaa and give Penn State and Joe Paterno back their wins (the NEXT lawsuit will take care of that).
...the Paternos will fare little better than Corbett did...though quite possibly the wins vacated from 1999 to 2001 may be revisited...

Given how the BIG10 did this past weekend..maybe they think that PSU can make the playoffs..

I never understood how the NCAA could take taxpayer money (the $60 million fine) and spend how ever they wanted. As part of their surrender the NCAA has given up on demanding control over the $, one step ahead of being forced to.

I’m ok with this. The sanctions just punished those who are trying to turn things around.
Joe Pa is not coming back, and Sandusky is in jail.

The main purpose was accomplished: By turning the entire Sandusky fiasco into a focus on Penn State's football program, nobody talked about former PSU president Graham Spainer's role in building the gay atmosphere at PSU which led to the abuse in the first place.
Spainer is still a big shot in Democrat politics and his wife is still a tenured professor of sexology (or some similar stupid field) there carrying on the work of transforming PSU into a fortress for the gay mafia.
And nobody will even ask about it because Penn State football took the blame.

The children cheered when it came down, now they'll probably put it back.
It wasn't like every boy in Pennsylvania was raped at Penn State - just a smattering.

This is sick.
The NCAA is about two years away from being toast. There should be people in jail over what happened there, beyond the bugger that was actually humping boys in the shower.
Anything goes now.

the NEXT lawsuit will take care of thatYeah, but where do the rape/molestation victims go to get their life back?

When was the last time the NCAA won a lawsuit against anyone?
Joe Pa, as he admitted, ‘’should have done more.’’ He knew or should have know what Sandusky was doing.
To: FlJoePa
I think this is just a way for the NCAA of saying,”Oops, we over stepped. This was a police matter, not football.” Time off for good behavior? I don't think so.
