Ex-Con: Most Black Youths See Obama As 'Deadbeat' Leader
Newsmax ^ | 10/29/2014

Most African American youths believe President Barack Obama is a "deadbeat" leader, says Paul McKinley, a member of Voices of the Ex-Offender, a grassroots group of former inmates.

"Every time they question the president about the black community, he's apologetic or embarrassed. Half of the time, I would say 97 percent of the time, he doesn't even want to say the black community exists," McKinley said Wednesday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"A lot of the young people are seeing this double standard that the president has."

McKinley says black Americans have identified with the Democratic Party since the mid-1960s when President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act.

"All the way up to now, black folks have been voting for the Democratic Party," he said.

Has anyone ever told these people that Mr. Lincoln and Dr. King were Republicans?

They may see him as a deadbeat leader but how many would still vote for him if he could run again?

Gluttons for punishment.

The fact is that Obama was never part of “the black community” until relatively late in life, and even that was an atypical, rarified group of well-off, politically-connected rogues.

The DemocRat party has convinced the blacks that the Rats and Republicans have changed sides and now the racists who used to be DemocRats are now calling themselves Republicans. Never mind that Robert “Sheets” Byrd was a KKK member and that so many DemocRats opposed the Civil Rights Act that it wouldn’t have passed without Republican support.

Black Americans have been taught by self-serving leftists that because there was once slavery in parts of the U.S., there is no such thing as liberty.

The truth is, Progressive Leftists are opposed to individual liberty as defined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. The only real complaint they have about chattel slavery in America two hundred years ago is that the slaves were privately owned.

But they get orgasmic over the idea of slavery to the state.

Democrats never pass up on opportunity to tell us why enslavement by the state is for our own protection and our own safety, because life under the anarchy that conservatives want to impose is just too risky and dangerous. We can't have any of that inhumane "on-your-own economics" that conservatives advocate.

Thereby proving that you no longer have to be black to be an Uncle Tom.

MLK was not a Republican or a Democrat. By today’s standards, he would be an independent.

In a 1958 interview, King said “I don’t think the Republican party is a party full of the almighty God nor is the Democratic party. They both have weaknesses … And I’m not inextricably bound to either party.”

When Louis Gossett, Jr. won his Oscar for An Officer and A Gentleman, an interviewer asked him about racism in Hollywood. He was asked if blacks would ever be truly equal. His response, “The black man will never attain equality until he loses his slave mentality.”
