EXPLAINED: Why Texas will Secede from Union

This was posted a year ago, but King Barry Soetoro's actions to accelerate the collapse of the United States may portend that the US will collapse. Most Biblical scholars don't see (and neither do I) the US mentioned in End Times prophecy. Why would the world's current Economic and Military Superpower not be mentioned in End Times events that many Biblical scholars say are rapidly approaching?

I believe that Obama's actions are accelerating the dissolving of our Union. I don't want this to happen. We are AMERICA. I support our Senate. I support our House. I support our government.

Support our Senators and Representatives that resist UN-Constitutional actions.

Avoid Civil War.

I and my brothers have seen the horrors of war.

Most Americans have not.

Believe me, you don't want to see it.

I did. It didn't help. And I think Tucker errs in his statement. For example:

"And since the seceding states, by establishing a new constitution and form of federal government among themselves, without the consent of the rest..."

I don't think that's correct since on February 28, 1787 the states consented, through a vote in Congress, to call for a convention to meet in May to revise the Articles. And when the Convention was done, the states, through a vote in Congress, agreed to send it to the states for ratification. Consent of the states is clear.

And as for his claim that "...each state possessing the same right of withdrawing itself from the confederacy without the consent of the rest, as any number of them do, or ever did, possess" is directly contradicted by the man who appointed him to his judicial position, James Madison, who said "A rightful secession requires the consent of the others, or an abuse of the compact, absolving the seceding party from the obligations imposed by it."

And I think Tucker errs in his statement..

Since he was there, that is doubtful. No consent was required from every State that ever existed, it was only required of those states that wish to participate in the new Compact.

Provide a specific source you quote, please. 'Madison said' a lot of things.

...Texas area is booming with activity - hard for people to find a house to buy as they are sold soon after listing. Jobs are here as they are all over Texas. People are moving here by the thousands per month.

The same is true in most areas of Texas. I just sold my home in Collin County. On the market 10 days, and sold over the asking price. Finding a home in the area around Austin was the opposite challenge. That took 4 months.

BTW, moving for a job transfer. We're growing again.
