Suggestions for reducing the amount of solar radiation absorbed by the Earth range from installing giant mirrors in space to injecting salt into clouds to make them more reflective. I'd suggest all followers of the Church of Global Warming walk around outside covered in a full layer of aluminum foil to act as little mirrors bouncing back solar radiation. You could show you are doing your part to fight Global Warming!

AGW has become a sort of sick religious cult. Nothing is too whacky as long as it promotes the faith.

I’ve made a discovery I am certain raises the global temperatures. People need to stop opening the doors too their homes. A vast amount of heat escapes each time any heated structure’s door is opened. However I need a minimal ten year annual federal grant of only 10-30 million dollars to study this further and develop doorless homes. If is saves a .001degree in climate change I think the cost is justifiable.

Less “studies”; more science!
Replicable experiments, generating replicable data, followed by analysis, followed by attempted falsification to validate.
What passes for “science” now reminds me of passage in Asimov’s “Foundation” trilogy: the research scientist reads all available papers and conflicting theories, then sits in an armchair and mentally weighs their competing merits, then decides which is “correct”; physical experimentation is totally eschewed as pointless repetition of ‘ancient’ work.
Yes, I know what that is historically based upon.
This whole thing is the fault of allowing publication of The Journal of Irreproducible Results: too many so called educated people can’t recognize something is satire without a tag or label; it softened up the softheads in Academia to also accept this AGW crap.

Did this come from the The Onion? I mean, really, these stories are becoming funnier than any satire.
